Welcome everyone to the Rangu quarterly roadshow. Today we're going to talk about how Rangu is transforming cities, how the amazing technology of drones can help companies, municipalities and other organizations to create a more sustainable and overall green effect. My name is Julius. I'm head of finance at Rangu and I will walk you a little bit through our business results. With me I have Luke Prowse, head of marketing at Rangu, Nicolina Diva, our head of customer success and Alan Glynn, our head of partnerships. So to run you a little bit through how business at Rangu has been running in the last year, I want to show you a little bit on kind of why everything is working great at Rangu, why we are still one of the leaders in the market here. a little bit more here on our growth numbers and how the business is running in the different areas. Also with our competitive environment, there has been a little bit of change in revenues, but overall we are looking for a great outlook. Also looking at some great highlights here for how we are better benefiting society and how all of this really helps to create a better world all together. So this is a little bit on all the things that have been running from a more financial perspective showing you on our performance financially. So I hope that gives you a good outlook. look into the business of Rangu. But maybe let's hear from some of our great leaders in the company. I would like to first hear a little bit from my colleague Alan on how the partnerships business at Rangu is working right now. and what's going to be the biggest things that you're looking forward to. Hi, Julius. Thanks for having me. From the partnership side of things, the work is looking very good. I'm really happy to announce that we have signed a lot of new partners this quarter and happy to announce as well that we're very greatly expanding into other markets and other territories across Europe, which is obviously very good for our brand and our purpose. And yeah, as we keep improving our product and the drone industry across Europe. Nice. That is amazing to hear and amazing to hear how great Partnerships is performing right now. With that, also over to Luke to share a little bit more on the marketing side of how things are going. Yeah, thanks, Julius. Thanks, Alan. I'm Luke, head of marketing at Rangu. And I just want to touch on that we've had a variety of drone campaigns recently in multiple channels that all gaining traction. We've got promising engagement rates for those campaigns. And we just really want to bring home and make sure that we can make customers aware of the unique features of the products. We want to keep driving interest, keep driving conversations. And so far so good. And so far so good. And we're looking forward to another year of teaching people more about drones and their accessibility in the market. Great. So Nicolina, please share a little bit on your side. Yes, I am head of customer service. And thank you for the introduction, Julius. Currently, we're looking very, very strong. We have increased our customer satisfaction this quarter as well. And we're down on a trend percent under 2%, which is really, really strong. So a lot of great customer experience. So a lot of great customer experience. And we're wanting to keep this in the next quarter as well, which is required a new customer success specialist.
