Welcome everyone, to, the Rangu Quarterly Roadshow. today we're going to talk about, how, Rangu is transforming cities, how the amazing technology of drones, can help, companies municipalities, and other organizations to, create a more sustainable and overall greener future. My name is Julius. I'm head of finance at, Rangu. And I will walk you a little bit through our business results. with me, I have, Luke Prowse, head of marketing at, Rango. Nikoline. Deva, our head of customer success, and Ellen Glynn, our head of partnerships. So, to run you a little bit, through, how business at Rango has been running in the last year. I want to, I want to show you a little bit, um, on kind of why, why everything is, is working great at Rangu. Why we are, um, why we are still one of the leaders in the in the market here. Um, a little bit more here on our growth numbers and, uh, how the business is running in the different, uh, in the different areas. Um, also with our competitive environment, um, there has a little bit of been a little bit of change in revenues. But overall we are looking for a great outlook. Also looking at um, at some great, um, uh, great highlights here for how we are benefiting society and how all of this really helps to create a better world all together. So, um, this is a little bit on, on, um, on, uh, all the things that, um, yeah, um, have been running from a more financial perspective, uh, showing you on, um, on, uh, our performance, uh, financially. So I hope that gives you a good outlook into, um, into the business of, uh, Rango. But maybe, uh, let's hear from, uh, some of our, um, great, uh, leaders in the company. Um, I would like to, uh, first, um, hear a little bit, uh, from, um, our, my colleague Ellen, um, on, uh, how the, uh, partnerships business at, uh, Rango is working right now. And, um, what's, uh, what's going to be the the biggest, uh, things that you're looking forward to. Hi, Eunice. Thanks for having me. Um, from, uh, the partnership team, uh, partnership science things. Uh, the work is looking, uh, very good. Uh, I'm really happy to announce that we have signed a lot of new partners this quarter. And, uh, happy to announce as well that we're very, uh, greatly expanding into other markets and other territories across Europe, uh, which is obviously very good for our brand and, uh, our purpose and. Yeah, uh, keep as we keep improving our, our product and, uh, and the drone industry, uh, -across Europe. -Nice. That is, uh, amazing to hear and, uh, amazing to hear how, uh, how great, uh, partnerships is, uh, performing right now. Um, with that, uh, also over, um, to Luke to share a little bit more on, uh, the marketing side of how things -are going. -Yeah. Thanks, Julius. Thanks, Ellen. Um, I'm Luke, head of marketing at Rango, and I just want to touch on that. We've had, uh, a variety of drone campaigns recently, uh, in multiple channels. They're all gaining traction. We've got promising engagement rates for those campaigns. Um, and we just really want to bring home and make sure that we can make customers aware that of the unique features of the products, um, we want to keep driving interest, keep driving conversations. Um, and so far, so good. And we're looking forward to another year of, uh, teaching people more about, um, about drones and their accessibility -in the market. -Great. Um, thanks for sharing that update. Uh, Luke, and, uh, thanks for giving us some insights here. Um, with that, um, I also would like to, uh, to round off, uh, the round and, uh, hand it over to um Nikolaevna. So, uh, Nikolaevna, uh, please share a little -bit on your side. -Yes, I am a head of customer service. Um, and thank you for the introduction, Julius. Uh, currently, we're looking very, very strong. We have increased our customer satisfaction, uh, this quarter as well. And we're down on a 10%. Under 2%, which is really, really strong. Uh, so a lot of great customer experiences. And we're, uh, wanting to keep this in the next quarter as well, just, um, uh, required, um, a new, um, customer success specialist. Uh, so we're looking forward to have a full team this quarter. Great, great. Thanks for sharing these, uh, these insights. And, um, yeah, I think we can say, um, business is, uh, going great at, um, at Rango. Uh, overall, um, we all are, uh, happy that you were with us today.
